For Real Estate Investors

If you are a real estate investors you need to either own one or more properties worth at least AED 2 million (approx. $548,000 USD) in Dubai to qualify for a renewable 10 years golden visa.

Property either needs to be fully completed or for off-plan (with 50% paid and 50% complete), or mortgaged from accredited banks
Property value must be certified by the Dubai Land Department (DLD) of the respective emirate stating that the property value is not less than AED 2 million ($548,000 USD).

High School Students

Achieve a minimum score of 95% with the proof in high school (public or private)
